ya i agree. def wont get even near that being as its one the furthest spots down on moonglow. Might wanna try deed +5k. Just letting u know and not trying to bash on ur thread at all. just friendly heads up

Agree with above posters. Change to sb: deed+10k. bo: 2 deeds IMO (someone may want to own this house if they already own another close by). Some of the best small houses don't even go past 4 deeds, judging from my short time here.
