Hiring Decorator

I need an oven built on the 5 tiles of the main room (picture) and a pond built on the SE area of the upper main room. Write here or PM me if you can do these things and how much it would cost me. This is for part of a themed addition to the museum. If a furniture dye tub is necessary in any of your ideas, one can be locked down inside.
