Well you're in luck because I'm selling these 2 houses JUST outside of Trinsic. Never have to worry about drinking and riding again! Because your new houses will be a VERY short walk from the gates of Trinsic. You can set up one as a guest house so that you can hide your escapades from your significant other. Not to mention that the DCT rune library is 2 screens away making it easy for when you wanna recall to that place you have no rune for.
