The small house marked with green color in the picture are for sale.

It's located east of the moongate in a large forest area ner the road.
If you follow the road south you will find a guard house that can help
you kill the monsters in the area. This is good if you are new and need
money for some banadage or buy a new weapon. If you need to
travel you have a large rune library north of the moongate located
in the tower. And the road north leads to the main city Britain.

This is a nice and quite area without any player killers, I have cut
over 30.000 logs here without die.

I'm using UO Client, MulEditor, InsideUO and Paint.NET. A image like this takes around two hours to create.

- Client for screenduming houses, vendors and some monsters.
- MulEditor to capture terrain areas.
- InsideUO to getting houses to recolor.
- Paint.NET to stitch it togeter. (It is like a mini version of photoshop)

You should sell your services. People would easily pay some gold for pictures like this for their housing threads.

Not sure of legality though actually now that I think about it.

I used to do these types of screenshots and sold them for ingame gold. It is completely legal as I ran it by Derrick before starting to advertise my services.
