WTB: Cheap small house close to mining.

Looking for someplace to build this GM Smithy so I can get to the good stuff.

New to the shard, so don't have much gold.

I was under the impression that all of the spots were taken and housing was next to impossible to get. Lol, maybe I need to take a break from mining and explore a bit.

All spots for a home larger than a small are always taken. But the market is bear right now with a sub par population; so small house locations always seem to pop up.

Skullz, I took the liberty of putting a small house down for you out here in the Minoc KA area. The house has the mountain right behind it. Send me a PM and well get together so you can come look at it and well talk about options since you don't have the gold. If you would like, you can buy it from me at deed price (43800) or 7300 ingots (which is what market is ay 6 per ingot) I'm not out to screw people like some type A personalities we have playing here.

Thanks, but I wasn't aware I would be able to find a spot on my own.

I think for now, I am going to continue my miner/smith grind and look for a spot when i get cross eyed.
