What's the best type of charge on a hally?

Let's say you have an indestructible, supremely (+25) silver hally of vanquishing, and you could load it with 50 charges of your choice to make the game's most awesome weapon. I guess you could deadly poison it too. Would you choose:
Ghoul's Touch?
Thunder?
Mage's Bane?
(I think I'm missing 1 or 2 others)

mages bane sucks
Thunder all the way imo.
Ghouls is nice and all but anyone who has a ton of pouches is going to be able to cancel out your charges.
Imagine that +25 hally of vanq and thunder in that guys sig. That can probably hit someone for 85 points of damage.
Weaken, Precast EB, whack person with hally of death, unload eb, dead. Its almost one shotting someone.

Ya, thunder. GT is fine also if you know how/when to use it. Either one can be very disruptive.

Can't the thunder be somewhat mitigated with resist? Seems like a toss up between gt and thunder depending on situation.

Thunder but weaken is incredibly underrated on a hally or sword. Mainly BC of the way people chug strengths here but they seem to disregard when weakened via wep

No.
Db is 3rd level spell fireball.
Thunder is 4th level spell lightning
