Red Ghoul

I was running around in dungeons today and came across a red ghoul... it's graphic was normal (the ghoul itself was not red) but the text description the ghoul was red - I have not seen this before and it dropped an interesting item. Anyone else come across these or this something to do with the 26th event?

I came across a red cow awhile back. It was named 'a mad cow' and it was aggressive. I was told they have a really low chance to spawn, but it does occur. Perhaps it's the same with monsters.

Yea I've seen a few mad cows but never a ghoul! What did it drop?

Noobies stay outa my dungeon! The room to left after entering has a brazier, click it and red mob spawns. Same loot.

Thanks for clarifying Vega... sure enough, double click the brazier and a random spawn appears with a red title.
The ghoul dropped 'bones', I don't remember the loot from my OSI days and I don't loot low level spawn on UOSA, but with this one being red I wasn't sure so I peeked its pouch and saw 'bones' - I guess this is something ghouls normally drop.

Red monsters... reminds me of the pre-noto patch days.
