i'm interested in buying it if its still for sale.

would you accept a Snowy Scene of Buccaneer's Den (thread i found it was sold for a large brick deed), 50k and L-shape deed? Instead of the 50k i would throw in a placed small too, located near yew crypts.

i would be very happy if you'd did I'm still pretty new, playing active for 3 months and I'm not very rich yet. But i would looove to have a bigger house to live in.
