The last L I sold was 1x deed and 2 smalls, you might have better luck adjusting it to that. Nothing special about this location.

Living in the compassion desert is innately special due to the geography of that place. How that translates into its value in gold is hard to say however. But it is indeed more special than most homes on the map!
