when I played Ren. you could buy seeds and grow plants. I grew orange plants and ate the leaves for poison protection. where can I find seeds

They are trolling you (very successfully I might add). The era that this shard tries to replicate doesn't have growing plants or poison protection. You can visit the main site for more information.

For those who felt that it was necessary to give useless and practically misleading answers, please stop. This is a player that was looking for information about our server who just didn't know the jargon, and whether they could have found out the information by going elsewhere or not, the answers were entirely inappropriate and unhelpful.
Edit: To provide a more thorough answer, we do not have plant seeds here on UOSA. Our goal is to replicate the T2A era, which mostly existed during the year 1999. Plant seeds were not made available until the year 2002 on OSI servers, which falls outside of the T2A era, and as a result, is not here.
