I have a tower and patio placed next to eachother in the trinsic jungles. It is pretty secluded area. I think if you jockeyed around the placement you could possibly fit in a small. I would like to sell them together packaged.

Please make all bids public. I reserve the right to refuse any sale. I would like to get at least 2x deed for each home.
If you want to bid on one or the other ill take the bid but i would prefer to do a package deal.

i will be using a broker of my choice when the transaction will be made.

Dyne is his broker of choice! I have seen these properties, very secluded, normal jungle spawn but not heavy spawn, perfect for a tower to use as storage and to live out of with a patio to idoc/treasure map out of.

2x each is a damn good deal considering patios go for 3x no matter what. That brings the cost of the tower to below 2x. I'm really surprised noone has jumped on this, it's tempting to buy just to resell.

what do you mean starting bid is met lol...i will bid castle deed on this to help get ball rolling...if i am not mistaken this is very old tower has wide front porch,,,but covered with trees so cant tell..Sorry but i have to bid low...if i get it i am gonna decorate and resale....

as far as i can tell this doesnt have a special front porch and i believe its a recently replaced tower due to how the doors open.

maybe previously it was very old tower but now its just normal sorry to say.

I regret having sold this properties so cheaply now! They are definitely a great combo for whoever buys. Patios are the ultimate loot storage home, and towers are awesome for all the floors and the roof.

top bidder so far is tumble with castle deed for both properties. will close this later tonight
