Quite a nice list. There are so many. Anytime I find someone looking for help with a small placement, I ask them to give me a list of their desires/demands for a property so I can help guide them better. I lived in a small house the first 5 months I was on the shard, and properly laid out, it can hold so much loot or items that anything larger is just a vanity house.

Well my spreadsheet can only hold 1000 homes, and it is now a full time job to have them in a refresh circle...
I'm just hoping we can get some new players into the server but it givers them the wrong signal then they see a pull like that on the forum. I prefer a server with a lot of houses it did bring a better feeling I finally did get mine. It would be really boring if we all could walk out and place a keep or large brick on our the first day, that would kill the server.

Is it possible to place anything bigger than small house if you get lucky? Or extremely rare?

When a big house decays from inactivity, you could try and place blocker homes where it decays and try and place a large house at a later date. Otherwise, naw.
