Windmere Woods Tower (Large Plot)

I would like to sell this tower in Windmere Woods, which is about a 15-20 second run outside of Vesper. The front yard is very large and comes with the small house as well. If you're not interested in the tower, you can re-deed and fit two large homes on the plot. I'm not exactly sure which combinations work as I haven't tried it, but the space is certainly there. I do know for a fact, however, you cannot fit a tower + patio.
