This is one of the quieter areas on the Isle of the Avatar. I have only seen two alligators on screen recently, as far as aggressive spawn goes. No other neighbors on screen, but there's probably room to place smalls if you want to.

If you can sell them at a patio a piece to do the math for you that is 851600 gp if you don't sell them could be an investment in a couple months when buyers get back the gold they spent and trophies are more rare

I'm pretty sure he said "we accept it" as in accept the bid as the high bid, not as a BO but I will get with them later and discuss it and have them post something.

I guess I can see it both ways now. His offer was using statues. So determining their value was what was accepted.

My friend just said he would give up his last trophy in with the offer so 6 trophies two smalls. Which would at current prices be about 1 million 4400 . I just need for him to get back home.
