Keep South of Destard Entrance [+ 3 Smalls]

I am selling this keep that is just South of the Destard entrance. Its a nice spot that has been upgraded from a patio over the course of the last several months. The keep is the main house for sale, with the buyer having the option of buying the 3 smalls that surround it (you can see all 3 in the 2nd picture).
All addons pictured will be included. I also have the
ONLY CY runes if buyer is interested otherwise they will be trashed.
Auction will run for 24 hours AFTER the first bid.
S/B : 1.2 mil
B/O: 1.6 mil
I reserve the right to end this auction at anytime, I have the right not to sell, etc.

nice keep, I can vouch for the only CY runes, I helped mark them when we placed the keep, there is a small chance someone could have had a random spot marked there way before the keep went up, but chances are, its long gone by now.
Buyer can bid in confidence knowing noone will be pking from inside the CY!

I will entertain trades of rares and silver, but prefer the bulk to be gold.
