Selling two yew houses a screen right of yew gate. Already ton of vendors around, which will attract people to your vendors! I have a 3rd Yew gate house that ive made over 150k off of with vendors. Bids end Wensday unless buyout is reached! Starting bids are 50k!

50k Whats the buyout? How do house trades go down now? Cause i remember it being a pain in the ass back in 98/99?

House trades are very easy, i believe the blue deed pops up in the trade window. Buyout is 100k per house.

55k for the one that doesnt go for 60k. Is the trade deed era accurate? I remember having to use a broker for house trades back in the day.
