I don't believe this number of "16" and would need to see it to believe it, i have did my own calcuations and have come at 6 public, 2 private.

If anyone wants to place a dyetub in East Brit Library, please let me know. At the very least, I can always sell you one of my smalls on the same screen as the library, if you'd like to help attract attention to the area, or setup your own vendors.
