Counter Display in Title Bar

I can't seem to get the title bar to display my counters. It was working on a different computer running on xp, but my laptop runs on vista (not sure if that matters).
I reinstalled uo and razor. When I reinstalled uo I got this error message: Could not install skilname.deu
(again, not sure if that makes a differerence)
I have the check box checked in razor, but still cant see my regs and stuff.

Ok vista has an issue with Aero showing the reg counters.

go to your UO directory, right click the client.exe and click properties. Under compatability check disable desktop composition.
