Right by the Hythloth Dungeon Entrance! Close to the sea and mountain...and super cheap!
ONLY THE MOST EASTERN ONE IS LEFT UP FOR SALE, AND A SALE ON THAT MIGHT BE PENDING...STAY TUNED.
I offered them to a player who recently rage quit (after losing "everything") for only L Shape Deed + Small. So I thought it only fair to change the price for the whole community to reflect that offer.

Very nice. I am close to having enough cash, but not quite there - been looking for a relatively cheap medium house. If these are still for sale when I have enough, I'll let you know. Is there any spawn?

There is spawn. Although usually its light mix of snakes, giant serpents, and alligators...you will rarely rarely rarely see a silver serpent. The location its in and the geography around it keep alot of the nasties from wandering at your door step.
The Eastern one that is semi-deco'd is still for sale at the same price. I can hold it for you until you have enough cash. If you really need more storage space right now and you think its going to take you some time to get the funds, I can also co-own you until you can pay off the rest of the debt.
I just successfully transferred the western one after co-owning them earlier today. They took no time at all to pay it off.

I've had both of these homes. As far as spawn goes, the rare silver serpent is the worst that presents itself. Opposite that, one of the best features of these homes is that they are at the entrance of Hyloth Dungeon. It's probably UO's toughest dungeon ever. Having a safe place to run back to while either farming the dungeon or working my tamer was great. These homes even work great for the fisherman who wants a home near the unlimited coast. Sail slightly east of these homes and you have a straight line around the globe for fishing. Want to work healing on your chars? Use the snakes to your advantage. Lock one of the snakes inside, and let it bite the char that you are curing of poison! Want to keep spawn away?, Just keep any previously tamed animal on the north end of your home and they'll all be attracted to it!

Good call Vega. I'd like to state that I do not condone any abuse of pixelated animals of any kind; domesticated or otherwise. Buyer's assume all responsibility of what they do with their purchases.
