I tried to move the eastern L-shape down to the mountain but it appeared to miss by one tile. If you're better at placing houses than I, you win.

Possibly a nice guild town. You can give guild members access to only specific houses.

I will consider offers on the east group of 2 and the west group of 3 houses separately.

Sale ends upon buyout or when I accept an offer.

This is a pretty good deal for a guild looking to set up. I wish this was available back when I was trying to get -Q- off the ground. Would be even better of the patio became available.

Secures on the steps are a grandfathered thing, but you can only access them from outside the house. My secures aren't on the steps.
