^Bump^ for an excellent location for the beginner or seasoned player! I used to live at this location and it is not only convenient but also somewhat secluded without multiple houses right on top of it. Someone will have a great buy!

Oh I will definitely take that at SB. But you you'd have to give me a few days cuz my PC is shot and I won't be getting the new one til after the weekend.
So that's an SB with the caveat of waiting a few days.
