This is the first time I have seen this home available since I joined this shard. As the pics show, 4 red npcs spawn here always. After I killed the initial spawn, the next one spawned 4 minutes after (one red npc). They appear to keep spawning at a rate of around one more per 4-6 minutes until all four have re-spawned. Every red npc I killed had 104 gold coins, clothes, a weapon, and something else.
