[SOLD] Secluded Home with Lich spawn ruins! [SOLD]

This is the only home around for at least a screen! As you can see from the pictures below, a lich spawns in the ruins next to your future home! I farmed at this location for awhile, the 1st pic shows the initial spawn. Spawn also includes mummies, bone magi, bone knights, and shades/zombies. You can farm the spawn, use the magic casters for resist gains, and the mummy/bone knights for parry gains!
The average spawn time is approximately 6 minutes if you're farming it continuously. Otherwise you'll have 3-4 mixed spawn when you initially log in.
