I'm not sure where 14*14 is, but there are plenty of places to build a small house. Just have to
look. In order to [build] a larger house, mostly likey you will have to buy one for sale in the housing forum.

My advice since your new is to build a small somewhere quiet. Get the hang of the game and follow
how the housing market is and go from there. At this time, larger houses go for at least 2x the deed value and more.
When you have enough gold to buy one of these houses, its a wise choice to use a trusted broker.

The guides are a great source for char development, many different styles of game play.

[Added info] This shard is not for the faint of heart, must be strong like bull. You will get pk'd and loose
what you have worked for, learn from it and move on. To build any kinda of fortune, will take time and
working smart. Though there are many examples that it can be done.

I've recently been interacting with a Japanese player who only tames, farms, and IDOCs. He has 7 towers and several other mid-sizes. He's very kind and has won the heart of many greedy, nitty gritty IDOCers to get blockers and prime houses for free or practically free. Get gold for a 14x14, work hard for two days finding an IDOC, and just be nice to the people who you're there with.
