Alright, this is just for the keep and the small directly east, and small directly west next to the keep. The keep has a large forge/anvil/wheel/loom installed. There is a tree in the north courtyard area, open in the front to the water. Spawn consists of mongbats/headless ones and an island healer. There is sometimes left over spawn from t-maps. Encountered one neighbor the entire time here and they are swell to live around.
Starting bid is 2x castle deeds
Buyout is 3x castle deeds
this ends 24hrs after last bid, or if buyout is reached. I reserve the right to not sell to certain individuals...or at all.
