these are 2 of the few smalls on the shard that i believe to be worth more then the cost of a deed. so lets find out if im right.
starting bid for each is deed + 20k
no b/o set atm

house #1 is on the southern coast/4 tiles from a guard zone/ close to the southern telliporter and also close to the $$$ rune library
house #2 is on the southern coast/1 screen from the southern telliporter /and even closer to the $$$ rune library
these are great houses for new players . i have held them for some time and lent them to many new players. At the moment i need to down size so im reluctantly letting them go
