I also accept silver valued at 20k gold per, and higher end rares.

This tower, while a great home in itself, also occupies a castle spot. Long term the owner may try to buy the other houses (4 total including this one), and turn it into a castle on ice! I also can sell you the small just north of this tower (which means you will own 2/4 of the spots necessary).

I have agreed to a deal with zetax to sell for 2x tower deeds. I am meeting him at vesper bank on my char by the name of Cymric of Celts, to accept payment and to gate him to the tower where he will receive ownership.
