Les Stroud's Lewt & Scoot at the Compassion Shrine vendor is hosting a
TRAPPED POUCH PRIZE CONTEST.

The concept is quite simple.......

Purchase a POUCH that's trapped - - the contents are hidden until you open it- -

Cost per pouch is only 1K for a chance to ACQUIRE:

several SILVER coins, POWER & VANQUISHING weapons, SILVER Halberd, other Magic weapons, Fruit Baskets, ID Wands, Fireworks Wands, Rare Reward Bags, Full Rune Book, other rares, Sandals, Masks, Thanksgiving Items, Fish Steaks, Ribs, or possibly nothing!

The only way to find out is to GRAB A BAG - POP THE TRAP, and DISCOVER if it was a
BOOM -or- BUST

While supplies last - keeping a loose tally, only about 15% of the bags are completely empty, and others I screwed up and placed a bag in a bag so you could get a double prize. Total prize pool is about 70% of the value if all bags were purchased - the rest goes to my vendor and I. If this is a successfull endeavor I will be after higher end prizes and different entry amounts (eg 200gp - 5K bags with varying entry costs)


The vendor's name is Olivette and is located at the COMPASSION shrine - easy to find in any runelibrary.

i got around 35 pouches and a swift death, lost it all, too many mobs at that location to get you stuck inside lol

Good point Dyne - will try to not be afk when the next round is announced so I can ban any unruly mobs to create a safe gaming environment

There is still Silver coin(s) on the vendor - just checked and found 1 - also added a couple Halloween 2009 Bags along with some more Vanq weapons and a few lucky people will get 22 fishsteaks and 2 empty bottles! Wooo!

Bixby - was thinking of putting the house deed in a *real* trapped box inside of a pouch - just so they'd have to really earn it.... lol

so... beware of any red boxes inside the pouches! My Downs side coming through.
