A few screens east takes you the NW corner of the Hedge Maze and a short walk down the road west takes you to the Skara Brae docks where you can cross into the town. Also to the SW is the player run town of Scoobyville, complete with a tower rune library. This house comes with tailoring and blacksmithy addons as pictured upstairs. A great home in a great location. I will let this run 24hrs after last bid.
