This is a good deal, I have the house next door.
Every time you have collected 3k in Destard you can rush home and store the gold so you not loose that mutch to PK's.

Yeah exactly what ive been doing with my bard, had it setup as a dropoff public house, with regs aswell. So carry minimal regs and dropping off loot. Also any case you get ganked in destard respawn and run to the house pick up regs recall to town get horse and start farming again
