Personally I don't like dealing with vendors, and I'm pretty much out of the real estate business. But I have to say this seems like a ridiculously low price for this house, for anyone who wants a prime vendor location.
And no I'm not schilling for sircharles, who I don't know. Just surprised nobody's bought this yet.
sircharles I'll give you a brick deed in case nobody's smart enough to meet your BO.

Well, to be honest, If no one bids at least an L on this location of which I've seen million dollar bids on in the past, Ill just keep it for a back up vendor house or give it to a friend/guildy.
