**LOWERED SB** BiCoastal Two-Story w/ adjacent small spots

Come view this rare and historic property on the grounds of Ye Old Shadowmire.
Located on a peninsula with seashore on both sides, this house sits atop unique ruins.
There are two smalls that come FREE with the L-shape house (as seen in the picture) are located directly S and W of the L-shape.
Spawn is moderate, all weak undead (ghouls/skeletons/zombies/headless) with a very occasional Lich or Lich lord.
I'm not entirely sure what's going on with this area because they've demolished much of the old shadowmire player community recently. But there are still relics of it strewn here and there. The roads and some of the trees are gone. If they took out the old shadowmire ruins and the east shadowmire tree (they removed others but must have overlooked this one) you could fit a tower there. But it's almost better with the tree because it gives you a nice open yard space to the east.
This is still a pretty sweet starter large as is with the adjacent smalls. Trust me, there's nothing like having your housing blocked together. I'm only parting with because I'm already set up in my moonglow operation.
So here's a great chance for an up-and-comer to gain a strong foothold in the rising UOSA real-estate market with this uniquely situated tri-structure complex:
The SB is 2X L-shape deed.
The two smalls are a FREE BONUS to the winner of this auction.
