Sure, I feel like I already made that pledge the day I joined UOSA and read the rules.... but I see no harm in reiterating if it helps:

However, I gotta say that the kind of person who's willing to make such an oath is probably not the kind of person who would violate it in the first place. And the kind of person who would make such an oath and then go ahead and transact pixelated properties and possesions for real life money anyway is exactly the kind of person who would have no qualms about breaking it.
