Epically EPIC house for sale!

I barely know how to describe of the epicness of this house.
How does a virtually endless supply of wood sound?
Cuz there are m'fkn TREES GALORE in every direction.
This house is within one tile of every single significant location in brittania -via the gate spell.
Or moongate is only 56 screens away, bank slightly more.
Did I mention you can literally sit on your neighbors doorstep and fish?
Only 12 screens east...
With unlimitted boat parking!
The only small on the entire shard with a rock directly three tiles N *and* underbrush flanking the entrance on both sides to the south.
And the epic awesomeness doesn't stop there!
A twelve minute horse ride gets you to ore-city.
House also comes furnished with an epic table, upon which can be placed virtually ANY OBJECT!
Including precious rares (not included).
Oh, epic daily bloodmoss spawn only three screens away!
Did somebody say "ettin", cuz yeah, there's a 100% ettin spawn in the general vicinity.
This house was visited by over 300 players on October 31st! So fkn epically epic I don't know any other word to describe it.... besides EPIC!
