This tower:

* Secluded in it's own little grass area
* No houses fit around it
* Closest large to the Hedge Maze
* One screen from the South Hedge Maze entrance
* Is just epic

SB is 2x deed
BO is 1.5 mill

The last tower that was a few screens from here was traded for the Cove Gate Tower after the bidding went to a bit over 1.1 mill a little under 5 months ago.
