Very special tower up for sale! I will miss this gem but i do not want to refresh it without using when someone else could be very happy with this beauty!

- ground floor is safe to gate from if ye keep the barrier closed and yer stuff in secures.
Any items in the place and decoration all yours upon purchase.

Horsehoe island is a very dangerous place with mongbats and headless ones only! beware hahaha

Lovely forest to lumber and great view.
I have never seen much people except the occasional thunter doing a treasuremap so a very peaceful place to live i find personally.

I reserve the right not to sell etc etc however I have every intention on selling this.

The trade will be done eighter by handing me the deeds AT the tower then i transfer ownership (Have done many many trades this way without ever not keeping up my end of the deal)
Trade can also be done with a trusted broker approved by me and the buyer both.

If someone i trust/know can vouch for you or your rep allows me to trust you im willing to do a home loan till payed off kinda deal with a downpayment and weekly payments. Transfer of ownership upon final payment. This obviously would all be noted officially in a seperate forumtopic for public forum agreement.
