There is already some GF stools/benches making a sort of ugly bridge to the main roof section.
Small Deed minimum bid increase.
**There is a tree in the right court yard, I have a tree hack so you wouldn't be able to see it even with the map moved. I do not have any court yard runes... However its likely others do (although I can't seem to track one down).

***I forgot to add in the original post that you will have to pay upfront before I transfer. The only alternative to this is a 3rd party broker that we both consent to. I am a trusted broker - viewtopic.php?f=76&t=51941 but I understand if you'd rather use someone else.
Also, I'll be willing to finance if someone posts the buyout with at least a castle deed down.
