Spawn is normal forest spawn, and it almost never wanders to the front of the tower, it tends to stay on the back.

I lived out of this tower for over a year, and loved every second of it. Only sold it to a guildmate when I moved to a set of twin towers. He now wishes that I sell it for him.

Auction specifics:

• Duration - The later of 7 days or 48hrs after last high bid.
• Starting Bid - Keep deed
• Minimum increments - small deed
• Buy out - 2x keep deed

As with all my housing transactions, if you win this you will either (a) pay IN FULL before I transfer, or (b) use a broker we both feel comfortable with.

Did this S/B get lowered to a keep deed, or has it always been? I thought it started at 2x deed. Would have been nice to know that via the subject line if it was changed Otherwise, my bad.
