Ghouls Touch??

what about ghouls touch, i thought they had ghouls touch much like thunder and mages bane that actually paralyzed them ! just wondering thanks

ahh yes i see ghouls touch but i have yet to get an item with ghouls touch on it, lemme know if it is here or not, i remember getting it as a newb swordsman lol
