I've lived here for some time. I have never seen the other patio owner next door. It's a very quiet home, with mountain right outside the door. Home comes with all addons seen in picture (forges, anvil, loom, pentagram). Chests can be left also. The spot should fit a tower if the other patio was ever acquired (I never attempted to contact the owner).

I can also vouch for this being a nice secluded patio, we used this as a drop spot when doing treasure maps etc and have never been bothered. I have probably seen foot traffic once or twice in 2-3 months. Spawn is low and a mountain which is perfect for mining/dropping over rail. 3x is a steal.
