My close friend used to own that house. Its saved me many times.

Notice, the people that are posting.. trashing the thread are also the people that do not competitively PvP.. and are on the side of the bluebie gankers at the GY attempting to jump in on any red/grey already being overwhelmingly outnumbered. They know nothing of the value of such a prime house in a high ganking territory.
