This house is just outside the Trinsic Moongate. He/she is selling empty spell books as full spell books and empty rune books as full rune books!
Beware! ID First like I did!

Also this house sign says "Trinny Stone Runebooks" and is in NO WAY
associated with The REAL Trinny Stone Vendors Tower just west of the Trinsic moongate!!
