First off is something like this allowed, and if so how could I attach it to work? Asking first. It was initiated in era.

Something like this would do two things. Give a character catch phrases to say, and free up hotkey assignment. I was just wondering if it would be legal and if so how could it be attached to work?

Have you tried downloading and running the program? I figure it should work without any problems without needing to be 'attached' to anything.
