Do rreagent vendors not refresh with double the regs now?

I think the refresh is 9 at a time. You can work them [all the shops] all day and around 12am and beyond
you will be buying larger amounts, or catch someone else doing it and beat them
to the next purchase.
Personally, I just buy from players. BiGGiE in the forums has them the cheapest atm.
