Honestly, this is one of the best patios in the game because it's not clumped up next to other houses. I've ran past this place at least 100x and thought about owning it.

Thanks for positive post. There are 2 smalls next to this house, 1 of them is mine, If you want you can buy one of the smalls from Hingle the Cringle aka Fareknight for 4x deeds which is a blocker for a tower and my small is a blocker for it also.
