Trading keep + tower for castle

The infamous castle (
viewtopic.php?f=72&t=54332) that Matron already "sold" to death12 will be transferred to me by violator in a trade for my keep/tower (
viewtopic.php?f=72&t=55319). We will use GuardianKnight to broker and he doesn't even know it yet.
The keep was a combination IDOC, of which I will owe 850k to my partners once this transaction is complete.
Violator states that all materials besides the bridges and furniture will be stripped from the castle and will confirm in this thread.

This deal went through without a hitch. Thank you gentlemen. I signed the castle over to GK, Vega and company signed the keep and tower over to me.
