I know its a long shot for someone to sell one of these, but you dont know if you dont ask.

WTB bank house (house you can access your bank box from).

If there is no1 willing to sell one of these houses, I would also be interested in working out
some sort of deal for a vendor location @ one of said houses. PM me w/ what you got to offer.
