The price is 2 deeds. The swamp sucks for most people (I live in the swamp, so I'll just say everyone but me), thus it's cheap. This is pretty close to Destard as the screenshot shows.

There's this awesome stench that comes from these parts and it's a natural
evil rotting beast warding substance that stinks all over you. Keeps the evil away
