UO Second Age

This small sits in the middle of Humility Valley on Avatar/Fire Island. I don't think anything spawns in the actual valley. Any spawn has to wander in or be led in, and two large houses to the West block much of it from wandering in.

No other house can fit from the small to the Eastern entrance, so the rest of the valley is effectively yours to mine.

The Humility Shrine is like 2 screens away.

I have included a forge on the steps and a forge and anvil in the interior.

SB is 3 small deeds. BO is L shape deed plus small deed.

I forgot to add that this auction will end 48 hours after last bid.
