This tournament was held by Matchstick on 10/7/2013. We hope it was the first of many to come. Thank you all who participated, despite the player killer hiccup at the end. Prizes are in the process of being handed out. Congratulations to all the winners. Special thanks to player Dyne for his donations towards the prize pool, and to Tara of the NEW guild for coordinating participants!! We hope to do this again soon!!

For those of you not in the know, this event was a 1 v 1 summon creature event using summon creature scrolls. While noone summoned a dragon, many summoned fearsome bears or pigs; others chickens and rabbits. In the end, it was the best and strongest summons that won out! Some made claims of animal steroid use, but so far those have gone unfounded.

Thanks for posting these up Bix. Screenshots were the last thing on my mind last night. I guess I should have done a bit more prep work before yesterday afternoon.

I want to thank all the participants for coming out and supporting my first event. I hope everyone had a great time! I wanted to do something that wasn't only for the elite and super PvPers on this shard. I think we hit the nail on the head with this event, and I hope to do it again. I will be thinking about some other ideas as well.

We did a surprise for the people that summoned horses, we drew their names for a NIGHTMARE! There were 3 people eligible but 2 stepped aside and Chong ended up winning it. It was earned with not one, but TWO summoned horses.

Raffle prizes will be handed out this afternoon once Dyne and I get everything labeled and names drawn.

I'd like to do one event a month if possible. I think people enjoyed this, but I'm also trying to come up with some other ideas as well. I will be sure to post whenever I have an event planned.
